Clean, affordable hotel, I liked cool enough and big rooms and gentle staff. I stayed in the room that was kept clean and available with a refrigerator, the big patio and the terrace. The location was great in a beautiful area, right by restaurants, massages and shopping, and peninsula of Isla. All the dishes were FRESH, nevertheless you can visit nearby Tarzan.

The hotel was extremely comfy, I liked it, especially sea view. It was in the best possible location near Green Demon Beach Club. The property had a nice restaurant for breakfast. The service was absolutely excellent.

Had an amazing stay in our well-maintained room with a view. A shower and bath sheets was a plus. The hotel's position was best possible, in a calmer shallow bay.

Sincerely, it was a really great stay for the price. The hotel had a great and stunning location next door to snorkeling. Moreover, it was right by Garrafon de Castilla beach club, and downtown Cancun.

Really enjoyed Isla Mujeres, the hotel was quaint and quiet in a restaurant nearby. The great and unbeatable location was near snorkeling. Moreover, it's really close to Mexican market, the island and the perfect beach for shallow lounging.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the beach and minutes away from everything. The hotel facilities were great, with a well-kept clean garden and hammocks to relax in. The view of the beachfront was stunning, and we loved being able to see the beautiful ocean while on this island. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Location is good, room looked very nice

They make a deposit from your card for remote control and safe, and they don't block the sum but literally charge it and then cancel it when you're leaving, I didn't like that - I don't remember any other hotel doing that. Still waiting for this money to return to my account.

Clean hotel in a lovely building just next door to a beautiful beach with shallow water as well as the ferry. Brand-new and well-maintained rooms with the big patio, very helpful staff.

Great location near Playa Norte and the town center. Easy access to shops, restaurants, and bars. Beautiful beach garden layout. Clean pool. Staff is helpful and responsive.

Location was grat it was at the best beach on the Island and still close to town, staff was great,it was quiet and relaxing.

The hotel rooms were cozy and clean. There was great circulation in the rooms with options to turn on ceiling fans, air conditioning, or open windows. There are lovely hammocks and beautiful landscapes outside of the rooms. The hotel is right on the beach and they offer free continental breakfasts (juice, coffee and toast).

It was very bazaar, but our room did not have electricity the first night. The reception desk closes at 7pm, so we were not able to notify anyone of the electricity outage until the next day.
